They're still citizens, so that should always be a concern. However 3 of 4 were not specifically targeted, so they were simply associating with the wrong people at the wrong time.

These hearings are a joke. If Issa really wanted to find out what happened he would have subpoenaed the front-line staffers that carried this out. But, he won't because he knows that if he did, they would prove that there was no conspiracy.

Steve Jobs would never make this mistake. Apple is supposed to be about giving consumers happy products without thinking abut the politics or economics by which they are made. Cook is risking the basic corporate brand and this could be very bad for Apple.
